Tree height: Tree height is
measured from the ground to the topmost
portion of the tree. Height must be
measured before pruning the tree.
On small, multitrunked trees such as
crape-myrtle, Japanese ligustrum and
wax-myrtle, tree height is measured to
the top of the main body of the crown.
