Bad Dog Banspices_herbs.gif (1051 bytes)
Yield:  About 1Quart

1 Clove garlic chopped
1 Very pungent onion chopped
1 Quart warm water
1 Teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 Tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 Large pail
4 teaspoons dried oregano

Blend the ingredients thoroughly in pail, allow to sit overnight.  Use a disposable plastic cup or a can to dip the mix out of the pail and dribble it where dogs dig and lay in your garden.  The smell is often too much for dogs' sensitive noses and they will try to avoid the areas treated with this mix.

2 Tablespoons cayenne pepper
2 Tablespoons powdered mustard
5 Tablespoons flour
Large bowl to mix in
1 1/4 Quarts water

Mix pepper, mustard and flour together in the bowl.  Add the water and vinegar gradually mixing the ingredients well as you add the liquid.  Pour the mixture through the funnel into a spray bottle then squirt the mixture where the cats are causing problems in your garden.

This formula also helps to keep squirrels away from desirable plants and fruits.
